This year’s Forum once again showed that when the global ticketing and entertainment community comes together, the impact goes far beyond the event itself.

Our community – through its onsite donations – raised £1,650 during the meeting which we have fund-matched. In addition over 121 entries arrived through our Donations for Nominations generating a further £5 per entry. The final tally from this year’s Forum was £3,950 in support of our long-standing charity partner EMERGENCY.

These funds will go directly towards delivering free, life-saving medical care for people affected by war, poverty and landmines — supporting hospitals, surgical teams and frontline healthcare professionals working in some of the most challenging environments in the world.

Message from Gaza

Alongside this year’s fundraising, during TheTicketingBusiness Awards 2026 ceremony we were also able to share a message recorded on the ground in Gaza, where EMERGENCY’s teams continue to deliver urgent medical care under extremely difficult conditions.

“Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to share my gratitude. Thank you to the Forum and to everyone for supporting our work at EMERGENCY. Your generosity makes a difference, it truly does. We see that very clearly on a daily basis here in Gaza. It’s thanks to people like you that this work is possible. Every donation helps us stay present, it helps us continue supporting people who need it the most. So from all of us at EMERGENCY a big thank you for your support. It really means a great deal.”

— Alessandro Lamberti-Castronuovo, Primary Health Care Focal Point, EMERGENCY ONG

“We are so incredibly grateful to everyone at TheTicketingBusiness for our amazing longstanding partnership that continues to make such a huge impact each year, and to everyone who donated during this year’s Forum and Awards. It really is extraordinary the amount of difference donations like these make. We would not be able to provide free, quality care to so many people affected by conflict and poverty without wonderful support like this so from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much.”

— David Lloyd Webber, Managing Director, EMERGENCY ONG

Looking ahead

#TBF26 is about bringing the global ticketing industry together — but moments like this remind us it is also about something bigger. It is about using our platform, our people and our partnerships to create meaningful, lasting impact.

To everyone who attended, contributed and supported: thank you for being part of it and for supporting the vital work of EMERGENCY. TheTicketingBusiness is proud to continue the partnership with EMERGENCY at future editions of the Forum.
