Promoters, platforms, and tech partners often see the same event differently. Join PASSO, Ticket Station Bulgaria, and NuWeb Group as they offer a 360-degree view of the industry’s biggest challenges.
How promoters, ticketing platforms, and technology partners see the same events differently.
We are excited to bring this diverse panel to the stage at TheTicketingBusiness Forum 2026 to discuss how these different angles approach the same industry challenges, and what we can all learn by bringing these viewpoints together. While they all share the same goal, their perspectives on success and strategy often differ wildly.
Everyone attending the Forum knows something of ‘the ticketing business’. What’s rarer is the chance to hear from three people who see it from very different positions: one leading ticketing while also working close to event delivery; one running a large-scale ticketing platform focused on fan engagement; and one building the technology that supports ticketing platforms behind the scenes.
This session will explore how those perspectives approach the same challenges from different angles – and what the industry can learn by hearing them side by side.
