#TBF27 Launch: A festive 15th Forum anniversary!

The countdown to #TBF27 has officially started – with delegate registration now open for our 15th anniversary celebration!

Join us at the world-famous Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester, on 15-16-17 March 2027.

So, what’s in the mix for our biggest year yet?

Since our launch in March 2013, the Forum has brought together senior executives from sports, music, arts, attractions and live events to explore innovation across the entire ticketing ecosystem.

For our milestone 15th birthday, we are moving back to our original calendar month of March which has allowed us to secure a greater on-site hotel allocation, better hotel rates, more meeting spaces and a larger event footprint at the venue.

We’re also further away from school holidays, demands around Easter diaries, the season ticket renewal window and summer festival launches.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be announcing a host of Forum partners – each with their own specialist communities within the wider sports and entertainment sector – as we make our 15th edition less of a forum, and more of a Festival!

Once again our Advisory Panel will drive the main Forum conference programme – offering unrivalled insights into every facet of discovery, sales, and fan engagement.

Expect a bold, practical, and future-focused agenda that covers the full ticketing and entertainment commerce journey, including marketing and discovery, pricing and yield management, CRM and data, analytics, loyalty, payments, distribution and emerging technologies such as AI. The main conference programme, partner meetings, specialists breakouts and all panel sessions will run 16-17 March.

Historically this was the place of business in a town… and it’s still where it all happens at the Forum each year. The Marketplace is a curated mini-expo of the latest ideas and innovations to drive efficiencies, reach and revenue.

Following our International Welcome Reception on the evening of 15 March, the Forum’s social highlight will be TheTicketingBusiness Awards 2027. Once again, we will celebrate and recognise leadership, innovation and achievement in ticketing across sports, music, performing arts and visitor attractions.

The Awards and Winners’ Party will take place on the evening of 16 March. These remain the only global awards dedicated solely to our sector.

Want to maximise networking? The Forum and Awards will again be hosted at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester with its on-site 250-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn directly connected to the conference spaces.

No wasted hours searching around town for contacts and clients. Stay on-site to maximise networking and minimise costs.

The official hotel booking link will be provided with your registration confirmation. Book quickly, though – the hotel fills up fast!

TheTicketingBusiness Forum is the world’s leading international conference dedicated to ticketing, eCommerce and live entertainment. Shouldn’t you be there in March for our festive 15th birthday?

Get your pass today at the Super Early Bird rate of £595 – saving £200 on the full rate – before the discount expires on Friday 30 October 2026!
