For 2019, we are thrilled to welcome Martin Gammeltoft, VP – Commercial Operations, Activity Stream to the speaker lineup in Manchester.

Martin will join an expert panel in April to give insight on how leading entertainment businesses are now leveraging their data and insights – and product offer – to deliver micro-personalisation. Recently, Manchester City shared their season ticket renewal campaign featuring a personalised, lip-synced video of the manager saying “Welcome David” before 
panning to a dressing room with David’s shirt hanging alongside his heroes.

With a background in concert services and ticketing, Martin Gammeltoft now heads up the commercial side of Activity Stream, a company dedicated to transforming Live Entertainment and Sports organisations. By connecting data across silos and applying AI to support sales, marketing, pricing and customer experience, Activity Stream makes it easy and affordable for any organisation that wants to extract the full value from their data. He will join an international panel at TheTicketingBusiness Forum in April to share experiences and insights on how your team can boost revenue by focusing on the customer experience.
