We got a deep look into the success and insights of how Rugby Football League’s (RFL) new membership platform for spectators, viewers and participants of the sport has gone.
Rick Jurkiewicz, the head of ticketing for the RFL, and membership manager Nichola Spencer told us about the layers of the website and app, including exclusive content, member benefits, participation features, ticketing integration, gamification and polls, and how they help to improve the fan experience and drive ROI.
“Data is key, data is the power,” said Spencer. “Listening to your fans and trying to get them to like you that bit more.”
Jurkiewicz added: “It’s not just about data capture, it’s about every touch point along the way.”
