Jim McCarthy, CEO, Goldstar, USA:

Jim has dedicated 18 years to the internet and e-commerce and has enjoyed a long spanning career with highly successful companies. Jim now operates a couple of companies, amongst them Goldstar which is a US based ‘Members-Only’ discounted / late availability clearing-house which has enjoyed substantial success in recent years.

Ana Morillo Arroyo, Global Pricing Director, NH Hotel Group, Spain:

Ana is currently responsible for Global Pricing Strategy at NH Hotel Group, operating more than 375 hotels in 30 countries across the world. Ana is a highly respected and frequent speaker at international conferences and business school programs on an international level.

Saad Afzal, Ticketing Director, Live Nation UK:

Saad is an extremely established figure in the ticketing industry starting his career with The NEC Group in Birmingham. Since leaving The NEC Group Saad enjoyed a spell with Manchester United and now works in Live Nation’s London office overseeing the UK event ticketing, customer experience and the European VIP Nation business. Saad also launched the successful The Ticket Factory in 2007.

Tom Schößler, Deputy Administrative Director, Theaterhaus Stuttgart, Germany:

Tom is co-responsible for the financial operations at Germany’s largest Not-for-Profit Theatre Venue. Alongside this Tom recently completed a Ph.D. program with research on the Pricing Strategies of publicly Funded Theatres in Germany. His findings will be presented in Dublin.
