Liam is responsible for ticketing at HQ Theatres’ venues throughout the UK, including: G Live, Cliffs Pavilion, Watford Colosseum, Arts Centre Swindon, Palace Theatre Southend and many more.
We caught up with Liam a month out from the Forum…
“I wanted to be a part of TTF15 to keep abreast of the latest developments and current thinking within the industry.”
“Looking at the programme, there are lots of sessions that stand out for me. Mobile ticketing – we’ll be able to offer a responsive website after our next major version upgrade. Dynamic pricing – I’m interested to hear how other organisations have implemented dynamic pricing, how customers have responded to it and how it has affected their yield.”
