Fandango, the Los Angeles-based online ticketing service, said it will debut a new service that allows consumers to watch movie trailers and order tickets on Samsung Smart TVs.
The service, unveiled at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week, will launch in the first quarter.
Fandango is the nation’s largest online ticketing service, selling tickets to more than 22,000 screen nationwide. The company had a record year in 2013, fueled by a rapid growth in ticket sales across new technology and mobile platforms.
