“Accessibility issues prevent audiences from being able to interact with your website, engage with your content or purchase tickets, memberships or shop products. Typically these issues begin on the home page and, given the inherent complexity of ticketing, it’s perhaps unsurprising that accessibility issues exist throughout the ticket-buying process too.”

Kicking off the first of our speaker previews as we countdown to this year’s Forum, we welcome Caspian Turner, Digital Accessibility Consultant and the founding Director of new agency Accessible by Design. He has over 12 years of experience working in the arts, culture and technology sectors. Before starting Accessible by Design, Caspian held roles at Substrakt, Tessitura Network, Southbank Centre and Glyndebourne.

As a teaser, we’ve published Caspian’s 5 Ways to Make Ticketing More Accessible feature our news channel.

Hear from Caspian – and network with 400+ ticketing business leaders – only at #TBF21.
