So what is to be done?

At Ticketing Technology Forum 2014, we will be exploring the secondary market debate, with speakers including StubHub and the events and ticketing app Applauze, all explaining their business models and consumer behaviour.

If that wasn’t enough, Ticketing Technology Forum 2014 will also be hosting a heated panel debate made up of industry experts discussing the topic, including:

  • Sharon Hodgson MP, Member of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Ticketing, UK
  • Henk Schuit, Managing Director, See Tickets, Netherlands
  • Quentin Schaepelynck, CEO, zePass, France
  • Reg Walker, Security Consultant, Iridium Consulting, UK
  • Rich Major, Commercial Consultant, inamajorkey.com, UK
