#TBF26: Welcome to the new C-suite of experts

Following the announcement of our duo of keynotes, we’re pleased to introduce a further trio of industry leaders joining TheTicketingBusiness Forum 2026 (#TBF26).

Each of this “C-suite” – comprising Carly, Carolyn and Corinne – brings deep sector experience and a fresh perspective to the conversations shaping the future of ticketing, marketing, and audience engagement. Please welcome to #TBF26:

Carly Straughan – Director, QLINE Consulting

Carly Straughan (pictured left) brings over 15 years’ experience working with some of the world’s largest visitor attractions brands across ticketing, commercial operations, and financial management. She specialises in ticketing transformation projects, systems implementations, and customer experience development for both new and established attractions.

Through her work at QLINE Consulting, Carly supports tourist attractions in identifying the right partners to grow their business, attract new audiences, and increase revenue.

Carolyn Sims – Director, CMSA Consultancy

A seasoned marketing strategist and consultant, Carolyn Sims (centre) has extensive experience in ticketing, audience engagement, and campaign management across the commercial and charitable sectors. Known for her creative and collaborative approach, she has led initiatives that strengthen stakeholder relationships and deliver meaningful, results-driven projects.

Since launching her freelance consultancy in 2021, she has worked with high-profile organisations including The Roundhouse, Eden Project, and FKP Scorpio Entertainment, contributing to projects ranging from venue pricing strategies to major capital fundraising and large-scale event marketing.

Corinne Lefebvre – Founder, BILL-A

Corinne Lefebvre (right) is the founder of BILL-A, the first Qualiopi-certified training organisation dedicated to the ticketing profession. With more than two decades of experience recruiting, training, and managing teams for major cultural events and institutions – from Lille 2004 to the Mucem, via lille3000, Le Centquatre, and the Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection – she brings unmatched sector knowledge.

A specialist in ticketing software, Corinne now supports visual and performing arts organisations in their digital and organisational transformation, with a commitment to making ticketing more inclusive and accessible for all audiences.
